The Ohio Committee for Severe Weather Awareness conducts two severe weather safety campaigns per year. One in spring, during the last week of March, to promote flood and tornado safety and preparedness; and one in the fall, during the third week of November, to promote winter storm safety.
OCSWA also partners with the National Weather Service in its two weather safety campaigns.
